Requirements
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with Amazon’s services and products is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling
- Organize and maintain electronic files and documents
- Coordinate virtual meetings and conference calls
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Conduct research and compile reports as required
- Provide customer service support as needed
- Handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations
