Remote Position/ Candidate Must Reside in Colorado
• Temporary/project-based initially (paid hourly)
• Potential to convert to part-time ongoing role
2. Responsibilities
Phase 1 – Immediate project:
• Review SimplePractice analytics and reports
• Identify outstanding insurance balances
• Accurately write off appropriate balances
• Report on work completed and discrepancies
Phase 2 – Ongoing part-time work (if performance is strong):
• Create client files and manage onboarding workflows
• Verify insurance benefits
• Handle client outreach
• Support billing and reconciliation tasks
3. Required skills
• Hands-on SimplePractice experience
• Comfortable reading analytics/reports and making accurate write-offs
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
• Clear communication
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2.0 – 10.0 per week
