We offer unlimited earning potential, with a base pay of $16/hr + commission, allowing top performers to earn significantly more. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, life & disability insurance, paid sick time, vacation, holidays, and your birthday off.
• Full time schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM, and Friday, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM.
• Part time schedule: Monday-Thursday 2:30-6:30PM.

Requirements for our Call Center Sales Representative:
• Massachusetts Residency: Candidates must reside in Massachusetts to be considered.
• Sales DNA: Self-motivated with a passion for closing deals.

Responsibilities for our Call Center Sales Representative:
• Dial, Close, Succeed: Make 200+ outbound calls per day to potential and existing customers.
• Sales Across Campaigns: Promote Weed Mans lawn care and Mosquito Hero programs and upsell add-on services.
• Engage and Persuade: Effectively identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Log and Track: Accurately input customer information into the CRM system.
