Oceanit is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Virtual Chat Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving inquiries through live chat. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting problems and offering effective solutions. Escalate complex inquiries to appropriate departments as necessary. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or as a chat support agent preferred. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously and manage time effectively. Familiarity with chat software and CRM tools.
