In this 100% remote role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of digital records for our diverse client portfolio. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual passionate about data governance and eager to launch their career in a dynamic, supportive, and technologically advanced environment. You will work closely with senior auditors and use cutting-edge tools to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and contribute to actionable insights. Key Responsibilities • Conduct virtual audits of client data records to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. • Verify data accuracy and integrity using specialized auditing software and tools. • Identify and document data discrepancies, anomalies, and potential areas of risk. • Assist in the preparation of audit reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with senior auditors to understand audit objectives and strategies. • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices and technologies. • Communicate findings clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Required Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. • Basic understanding of data management principles. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. • Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) or auditing software. • Prior internship or academic project experience related to auditing, data analysis, or compliance. • Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, local HK regulations).
