Virtual Physical Therapist – Little Rock, AR (RF: 1899)

We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a flexible part-time position supporting students in Little Rock, Arkansas, during the 2025–2026 school year. This is a fully virtual opportunity that allows providers to build a caseload that aligns with their preferred schedule. Eligible candidates must hold a valid Arkansas Physical Therapy license and have experience working with children or in school-based settings. The pay range will be $63.00-$73.00 per hour based on experience. Qualifications: • Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Arkansas • Must have a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program • Experience in school-based, pediatric, or educational settings preferred • Must have a valid background check/fingerprint clearance per Arkansas state requirements Responsibilities: • Evaluate students’ physical and motor skills and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals • Provide direct physical therapy services to support access to the educational environment • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student independence and participation • Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as needed • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development • Educate school staff and caregivers on strategies and accommodations for physical access and mobility • Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements At Humanus, we are devoted to making a difference and improving the lives of others.
