Role Overview
We are hiring a Virtual Therapist to lead and help build our Child & Family Psych Program. This is a clinical leadership opportunity with flexibility.
What You Will Do
Conduct 60-minute family therapy sessions, ensure parents are actively involved, facilitate family group sessions, collaborate with psychiatric providers, and contribute to clinical curriculum and programming.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role can evolve into program leadership, curriculum development, group therapy expansion, training, and mentoring other therapists.
Requirements
- Licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD or equivalent)
- Licensed in or able to work in one or more priority states: NV, NY, CA, UT, TX, FL
- Comfortable working across children, teens, and families
- Strong clinical foundation with interest in family systems work
- Collaborative and open to integrated psychiatry + therapy care
- Grounded, warm, and clinically thoughtful in your approach
