This multi-faceted role focuses on photography with a solid foundation in graphic design and project coordination to support our toy brand marketing and event needs. The ideal candidate will have experience photographing and editing high-quality images, designing eye-catching graphics, excellent visual communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across hybrid and in-office environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and edit product and packaging photography for our toy brands, including both studio and on-location projectsEdit lifestyle photography and perform image clipping as requiredEnsure high standards of lighting and composition of photosCollaborate with remote teams for image photography and editing projectsUpload images to TOMY’s image libraryGraphic Design & ProductionWork with sales and marketing to design product planograms for tradeshows that support product presentation and ensure optimal use of booth spaceDevelop graphic assets for trade shows and showroom eventsCreate planograms and merchandising display renders for retail partners across various channelsDesign assets that support product packaging, including: booklets/posters/instruction sheetsLayout and edit TOMY sales and marketing collateralAssist with package mockups for retailer meetingsProject CoordinationManage design, approval, and print timelines for multiple event deadlines simultaneouslyAssist with pre-show planning, booth packing, product preparation, and tradeshow setupCollaborate with remote teams to facilitate execution of visual asset collateral for tradeshows, merchandisers, and signageQualifications2 years of professional experience in graphic design, or photographyProven experience in product photography and photo editingExperience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, studio & location lighting, and tethered shooting workflowsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesExcellent communication skills for coordinating with both in-office and remote teamsPreferred SkillsExperience in toy, game, or retail industryFamiliarity with trade show planning and planogrammingStrong creative vision for branding and marketing assetsLocation: This is a full-time position in Dyersville, Iowa. It offers a hybrid work model with the opportunity to work from home on Mondays and Fridays, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as mandatory office days.
