As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating stunning and inviting displays to showcase our products and brand in our stores. This is a unique opportunity to use your creativity to make a lasting impact on our customers and store team.To be successful in this role, you should have an eye for detail and be able to think conceptually. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively with our store team and corporate partners. If you’re passionate about creating beautiful displays and have the qualifications we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Design, or related field preferred• At least 2 years of experience in visual merchandising• Excellent creative and analytical skills• Knowledge of current trends in retail design• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Ability to lift up to 50lbs Responsibilities: Design and create eye-catching and inviting visual displays in store to showcase products and brand. Research current trends in retail design and apply them to create innovative displays. Work collaboratively with store team and corporate partners to create displays that meet the company's standards. Evaluate the effectiveness of displays and make adjustments as needed. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for displays. Ensure all display materials are in good condition and well-maintained. Create and maintain set-up instructions for displays. Train store staff on proper display set-up and maintenance. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
