About the position Responsibilities • Oversee all educational activities and programs. • Develop educational programs and new curriculum in coordination with the VitAL program. • Oversee the recruitment and training of training and outreach staff. • Assist in budgeting development and adherence of educational activities. • Develop and implement programmatic educational goals and objectives. • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across the VitAL program, training, and education. • Ensure compliance of all educational activities with regulatory requirements. Requirements • Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of project management experience; OR master's degree and four (4) years of project management experience. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to work independently using sound judgment. • Solid decision-making skills to solve problems. • Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team. • Ability to organize and summarize information clearly. • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. • Detail oriented and highly motivated. • Ability to multitask. • Ability to network and build long-term relations within stakeholders and the educational community.
