This is a unique opportunity to get paid for engaging in natural, thought-provoking dialogue across a wide range of topics. About the Role: We're seeking contributors for semi-scripted and unscripted roleplay-style conversations. These recordings help train AI to understand the nuances of natural human speech. You’ll be paired with others for recorded discussions that mimic real-life conversation — everything from personal stories and current events to pop culture, relationships, and abstract ideas. This is a remote, contract-based role with flexible scheduling. Ideal for individuals who enjoy thoughtful dialogue, clear communication, and working independently. Voice acting experience isn’t required — what matters most is your ability to hold engaging, natural conversations!
