This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections.
Configure Monday.com boards, workflows, and basic automations to support volunteer recruitment and grant management, and produce a clear, user-friendly training guide for staff. Specific fields, stages, and any integrations will be defined with volunteers during kickoff.
This project will streamline volunteer recruitment and grant management so the organization can more effectively deliver on-the-ground environmental education and action with youth and the community, supporting pollinator protection, water conservation, climate action, and healthy sustainable communities on the rural north coast of California. Volunteer contributions will directly enable program delivery.
Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. We will collaborate closely with the volunteer, be available for regular check-ins, and work together to ensure the setup and training materials can be adopted by staff.
