About the position Responsibilities • Partner with senior leaders in Risk, Audit, and Sustainability to design and implement strategic talent initiatives that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. • Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management to support critical functions in a dynamic financial environment. • Drive employee engagement and performance by developing solutions that strengthen Rabobank’s HR brand and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. • Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated programs in areas such as talent management and compensation • Leverage data and analytics to provide insights that inform decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness Requirements • Bachelor’s degree • 7+ years relevant experience • Ability to travel regionally up to 15% • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
