Tell us your salary expectations, and let's make it work! Job Overview We are seeking a highly strategic and financially savvy CFO specializing in fundraising and capital markets. This role is critical for securing non-debt funding through private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and other alternative financing sources. The ideal candidate will have a strong deal-making background, excellent investor relations skills, and experience structuring complex financial transactions. Key Responsibilities • Fundraising & Capital Structuring • Lead equity financing, capital raises, and strategic funding initiatives. • Develop relationships with private equity firms, venture capitalists, hedge funds, and institutional investors. • Evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, joint ventures, and other investment structures. • Capital Markets & Financial Strategy • Design and implement capital allocation strategies aligned with company growth plans. • Optimize capital structure while balancing liquidity, risk, and return. • Stay updated on market trends, financial regulations, and investment opportunities. • Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management • Serve as the primary liaison with investors, analysts, and financial institutions. • Craft and deliver compelling financial presentations, reports, and investor pitches. • Maintain transparency in financial disclosures and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards. • Financial Leadership & Risk Management • Work closely with the executive team to align financial strategies with business objectives. • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. • Manage risk exposure, ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations. ✔ 5+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, or capital markets (CFO or senior finance executive level preferred). ✔ Proven track record of raising capital through private equity, venture capital, and institutional investors. ✔ Strong experience in deal structuring, M&A, and financial negotiations. ✔ In-depth understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, and investment strategies. ✔ Excellent communication and investor relations skills. ✔ Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, CPA preferred).
