I'm the founder of IdeaLift, a B2B SaaS platform that captures product decisions from Slack, Teams, and Discord using ambient AI detection, then syncs structured decision records to Jira, Linear, and GitHub.
We call the problem "Decision Decay" — decisions get made in chat, never documented, and relitigated weeks later. The cost shows up as roadmap drift, slower deal cycles, and valuation risk at board reviews.
I'm looking for VPs of Product or Directors of Product — ideally at or from Series A/B companies with 15-50 person product teams — to give paid, candid feedback on our current positioning and messaging.
This is not consulting. This is a one-time positioning gut-check from the exact buyer we're targeting.
What You'll Review
• Our landing page and hero messaging
• The "Decision Decay" narrative and three economic arguments (Roadmap Drift, Valuation Decay, Deal Velocity)
• Seeded workspace
• Pricing page
What I Want To Know
• If you saw this landing page, would you book a demo? What's stopping you?
• Does "Decision Decay" resonate as a real problem you've felt, or does it sound like marketing jargon?
• Is this a tool you'd champion internally, or would you need someone else to sign off? Who?
• What would you tell your CEO or board about why this matters?
• What's confusing, missing, or making you hesitate?
• How does this compare to whatever you're doing now (Confluence pages, Slack bookmarks, nothing)?
Format — your choice:
• 45-60 minute live call, or
• Async written feedback (bullet points + short explanations)
Who This Is For
You're a strong fit if:
• You're currently or recently a VP Product, Director of Product, or Head of Product
• You've managed product teams of 10+ people
• You've dealt with the pain of decisions disappearing into Slack or Teams threads
• You've worked with Jira, Linear, or GitHub Issues
• Bonus: you've tried to implement decision documentation or ADRs and watched adoption die
This is NOT for junior PMs, general consultants, or people who want to give high-level strategy advice. I need the perspective of someone who would actually buy (or reject) this tool.
Compensation
$150 fixed price. One-time engagement. No ongoing work expected.
How to Apply
Please include:
• Your current or most recent title and company size
