Job description: Description: Greenhouse Fabrics, Inc. is a fourth generation fabric wholesaler to the upholstery and interior design trades located in High Point, North Carolina. We are searching for an organized and hard-working warehouse associate that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Company Benefits • Simple IRA with a 3% match • Low Premium BCBS Medical Insurance • Flexible Spending Account • Health Reimbursement Acct • Dental/Vision Insurance • FREE Life Insurance • Educational Scholarships • Paid Personal Time off • 3 weeks Paid Time Off • Holiday Pay Requirements: • Pull orders from a pick ticket and cut fabric orders • Receive in new product, tag, and place on racking system • Cycle count stock and make inventory adjustments • Package product sold for shipping • Scan packages for shipping • Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, shipping area, and work stations neat & sweep • Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times • Handle maintenance projects as needed • Other tasks as assigned Skills and Qualifications • Knowledge of receiving in and shipping product – preferably using UPS Worldship • Knowledge of order processing and inventory management • Experience with cutting fabrics is a plus but not required • Math skills, including the ability to work with fractions • Ability to work quickly and efficiently • Ability to multi-task • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 pounds • The employee will frequently stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, or bend. • Basic computer skills • Must be a team player (rev.
