Full job description Logistics done differently. XPO Logistics are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for our Saint Gobain Contract in Wakefield. This is your opportunity to take charge of a busy and unique warehouse operation. Working across Monday to Friday, 14:00pm to 23:00pm, you’ll be comfortable delivering our commitment to the customer and driving the operation forwards – does this sound like something for you? Pay, benefits and more We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £40,000 per annum DOE. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Drive operational compliance and maintain Health and Safety standards. Ensure that all KPIs are hit are meet the customer SLAs Get involved in HR activity, including incident investigations, disciplinaries and performance management. Maintain stock file accuracy through both manual and automated WMS. What you need to succeed at XPO: A strong, demonstrable background in warehouse management Ideally, you’ll have worked in a 3PL environment and understand customer needs Practical exposure to WMS systems and Microsoft. Experience of managing performance in a leadership role. CPC Qualification desirable but not essential. SAP knowledge and application desirable but not essential Be part of something big.
