Job Overview In the warehouse you will be completing a variety of tasks from receiving, stocking, picking, and packaging. You will need to adhere to strict timelines, by working at a fast pace with safety and quality at the top of your mind. Here Are The Specifics Ability to move at a fast pace and complete tasks efficiently. High attention to detail and ability to stay organized. Problem solving skills. Adaptability with scheduling, this is not always an 8 to 5 job. Being able to work as part of a team. Constantly work to improve processes; make suggestions for productivity improvements, and optimize team member workflow, while continuing to meet our customers’ needs. Work Environment Frequent pinching, grasping, fine manipulation with fingers. Constant walking and standing. Rare reaching overhead. Frequent bending/reaching, twisting, kneeling, squatting. Depending on the position, you will need to be able to lift up to 25lbs, up to 50lbs, or up to 75lbs and in some positions rarely push/pull up to 100lbs. Work is performed in a temperature controlled warehouse but can get warm in the summer and cool in the winter. What You’ll Need To Succeed In This Position At least 18 years of age Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Must maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency Must follow established Speedway and OSHA safety policies and procedures Preferred Experience Highschool Diploma or GED 3 months prior work experience If this sounds like you, we would love you to join our Speedway Team!
