Contribute to a Part-time Fall internship at BMW Group, supporting warranty department operations, reporting, and data management. Your Role: Key responsibilities include: • Supporting team members with tasks such as data entry, data validation, and financial reporting. • Creating and executing reports for various warranty and goodwill programs. • Reviewing and documenting existing reports. • Supporting the creation of presentations for management. • Assisting in the creation and operation of MS Access databases for warranty extensions. • Documenting processes related to warranty and goodwill tasks and reports. • Supporting projects in the warranty department by organizing meetings, tracking tasks and objectives, and preparing meeting presentations and minutes. • Assisting in vehicle flagging and validations. • Assisting in Maintenance Plan Upgrade (MPU) cancellations. About You: The ideal candidate will possess the following: • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university. • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. • Completion of at least 60 college credits or status as a rising Junior. • Field of study: Business or Finance. • Ability to work part-time (20-29 hours/week). • Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript. • Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only). • Proficiency in PowerPoint. • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Access. • Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. • Excellent organizational and planning skills. • Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic environment. • Ability to communicate with all levels of hierarchy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical capabilities. • Fluent in English, both oral and written. Compensation & Benefits: • Hourly rate for undergraduate students: $25.30. • Hourly rate for graduate students: $32.20. • Paid Time Off in addition to company-paid holidays where eligible. • Hybrid work environment. • Intern Vehicle Lease Program. Training & Development: Interns will gain hands-on experience in a global, multi-disciplined company, learning effective business operations within the warranty department and developing advanced reporting, data management, and presentation skills.
