We bring the magic of Disney to our Club Members and Guests through personalized experiences and unforgettable world-class service! As the Watercraft Attendant, you will be responsible for coordinating the check-in and check-out process for non-motorized watercraft, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and verifying all required waivers are completed. This posting is to gather interest in a Bench for future openings. Basic QualificationsYou must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role1+ years of experience in hospitality/ table service restaurants Proven excellent Guest service and service recovery skills with the ability to own and resolve Guest situations Ability to work in a fast-paced, environment while maintaining Guest service standards Strong verbal communication skills and enthusiastic about interacting and helping Members and Guests Demonstrated knowledge of, and passion for, Disney Experiences products and servicesPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a 4/5 Star resort, aquatic facility, or private club environment Multi-lingualResponsibilitiesGreet and screen Members and Guests to ensure all height and safety requirements are metSupport an experience where Member, Guest, and Cast Member safety is the top priorityEnsure all watercraft users complete and sign necessary waivers as well as verify and maintain accurate recordsProvide clear and comprehensive safety instructions, including the proper use of equipment and emergency procedures and enforce the wearing of required safety gearAssist Members and Guests entering and exiting the waterInspect watercraft and safety gear before and after use to ensure they are in good condition and promptly report any deficiencies in a timely mannerAddress any unexpected downtime or any service-related issues in the operationDisplay an understanding of the unique components that are inherent in a private club environment, maintaining the relationships built as a result of repeat visitationDe-escalate and resolve Member and Guest situations efficiently and professionallyMaintain a clean and organized workspace, including safety equipmentCompensation DetailsThe pay rate for this role in California is $27.00 per hour.
