Job Title: Wealth Management Recruiting Sourcer (Recruiter Specialist) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 06 Months Shift Timing: 08 AM - 05 PM EST (Monday - Friday) Pay Rate: $40.00/- on W2 Kindly help me out with your most updated resume Roles and Responsibilities: Wealth Management Recruiting Sourcer As a Wealth Management Recruiting Sourcer, you will be responsible for prospecting and identifying passive candidates for various positions within the Citizens Wealth Management footprint. Those areas include, but are not limited to, the broker-dealer, private bank, wealth credit lending, along with product and distribution. Primary Responsibilities Will Include Identifying and contacting potential passive talent and key talent pools Accessing Candidate Interest Level And Qualifications Connecting candidates for a prospective interview with your assigned recruiting partner. Maintaining a close partnership with your assigned recruiter(s) in order to maintain a tight territory rotation across multiple assignments. Required Skills/Experience 5 years recruiting or sourcing experience, with experience sourcing for Client licensed financial advisors. Demonstrated success in recruiting passive candidates for hard to fill requisitions. Ability to maintain a high volume of outbound activity via phone and available sourcing tools. Requires a high-level of resourcefulness, persistence, and tolerance for rejection. Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and methods (Internet Search tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Chrome Extensions, Social Media, Google etc.) Experience organizing, managing, and tracking candidate flow. Relentless "hunter" mentality with knowledge of the Wealth sales industry. Experience building and executing sourcing plans for client groups. Possess excellent customer service skills. Demonstrated awareness of sourcing trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices MS Office experience including Word, Excel, Outlook Education, Certifications And/or Other Professional Credentials Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years equivalent work experience CIR and CDR preferred. #CareerBuilder #Monster #Dice #Indeed
