Web Program Manager

Fortra is seeking a Web Program Manager to oversee and drive critical web initiatives, supporting their digital transformation and business growth goals. The role involves project managing large-scale web projects, providing holistic content strategy, optimizing web systems, and leading cross-functional efforts. The ideal candidate possesses strategic thinking, project management skills, and a deep understanding of modern web ecosystems, including SEO consultation to drive visibility, conversions, and performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in web marketing, digital marketing, or related roles Proven track record of driving web traffic and conversions through effective digital marketing strategies. Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, etc.), SEO best practices, and web optimization techniques. Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their application to web design and content strategies. Experience managing web development projects, working with designers, developers, and content creators. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
