In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for each caller.Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate product/service information and assist with troubleshooting issues.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries by providing effective solutions.
• Document and track all customer interactions and transactions in the company’s database.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or other departments as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to better assist customers.
• Strive to meet or exceed performance goals, including call resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with outbound calls as needed (e.g., surveys, follow-up calls).
• Handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer experience.
