WFN Payroll Specialist

Position Overview: Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking for a qualified WFN Payroll Consultant Responsibilities: Tasks listed below will be done as time allows within the given scope hours, if additional hours are required, they can be added with a new SOW: WFN Payroll • Maintain ADP HRIS system • New hires • Status changes • Pay Changes • Direct Deposits • Deductions • Terminations • Benefit Changes • Tax withholding changes • Review and import hours either from ADP TLM or external TLM systems • Enter any special pay data changes • Bonuses • Retros • Mid Cycle pay rate adjustments • Incentives/special awards • Tax frequencies adjustments-one time • One-time deduction(s) adjustments • Run previews and review for accuracy • Make corrections as needed • Re-run preview and accept once previews are correct • Run custom reports per client • Update benefit providers if applicable • Schedule and lead status calls with Client to discuss actionable items, as needed • Perform any Time & Attendance related tasks, as needed • Support client in end of the year W2 audit Required Qualification(s): Preferred Qualification(s): Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of with an initial duration of 2 months, with the possibility of extending.
