Job Title: Willow Ambulatory Consultant Job Location: Remote Interview: Virtual Job Duration: 6+ Months Note: Only W2 and no sponsorship Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory Specialist to lead pharmacy system implementations and training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Epic Willow Ambulatory, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end pharmacy system implementation projects within the Epic Willow Ambulatory environment. Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress. Required Skills & Qualifications: Epic Willow Ambulatory certification (required). Strong experience with pharmacy system implementation and training. Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.
