We are recruiting to fill a position to lead business development activities for a small government contracting firm focused on IT Services and Cyber Security for clients in Civil and DoD markets. Arcetyp LLC is looking for an experienced Army Civilian Talent Management Project Manager.This role will be responsible for performing the following tasks: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee program to increase readiness of Civilian workforce and develop, implement, and institutionalize Army Civilian talent management across its four core functions acquire, develop, employ, and retain. • Provide oversight and guidance for all personnel assigned to the TO, performance of work, and compliance and quality control. • Provide analytic, advisory, management, and administrative support to all activities as necessary • Conduct bi-weekly program reviews with client • Travel to Washington, DC and Chicago, IL as required QUALIFICATIONS: • MUST BE A US CITIZEN. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Masters degree and five years of experience supporting the Department of Defense. In lieu of a masters degree, 10 years experience supporting the Department of Defense and a bachelors degree. • Extremely knowledgeable in Army Staff operations including talent management life cycle areas (acquire, develop, employ, and retain) • Extensive knowledge of the Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, workforce development, employee engagement, leadership development, career programs, marketing, graphic design, and data science, analysis, and reporting. • Secret Clearance Min. Citizenship Status Required: U.S Citizenship.
