We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience to help us grow our team. This is currently a remote opportunity where you would be working primarily from your home, but we are looking for someone residing in the bay area. A successful candidate will closely collaborate with the leadership team to identify hiring needs, meet and report on recruiting KPIs and manage the pipeline. You will also network with potential candidates to promote our brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best people, even those who are Ânot looking. If youÂre passionate about being the best at what you do, Teleport is the place for you What you'll be doing:  Strong understanding and experience identifying qualified candidates  Build and develop a strong network of potential candidates  Manage our recruiting pipeline and the applicant tracking system.  Comfortably present and promote our technology and our company culture.  Write and post technical and other job descriptions.  Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.  Assist in onboarding new hires.  Help with employer branding  Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products. What you'll be bring:  5 - 12 years of work experience hiring in technical and non-technical roles  Team-centric mindset - demonstrated ability working well in a collaborative environment  Technical expertise with an ability to understand, explain and evaluate job requirements for Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles  Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems  Experience using different sourcing techniques  Excellent verbal and written communication skills $114,000 - $185,000 a year The base salary range for new hires in this role is between $114,400 and $143,000 for a level 3 and between $148,000 and $185,000 for a level 4 . Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
