Job Description:
We’re looking for a Paid Ads Junior Specialist to support the setup, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). You’ll work directly with our senior ad strategists to improve campaign performance and learn best-in-class digital advertising techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and launching Google and Meta Ads campaigns
- Write ad copy and test different messaging variations
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance
- Support in reporting and analytics (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
- Maintain organized campaign documentation and budgets
- Stay updated with platform changes and best practices
Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing (internships count!)
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Basic understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and similar metrics
- Ability to write clear and engaging ad copy
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the paid media field
Nice to Have (but not required):
- Google Ads certification
- Meta Blueprint certification
- Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Tag Manager
- Agency or client-facing experience
