Â Â Overview:The TAC Recruiter will work on creative and out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to attract retail and skilled trade professionals within the manufacturing field for a composite material client. The Recruiter would be identified as a "go-getter" who can build and maintain professional networks and isn't afraid to reach out of their comfort zone to attract top talent. Someone who enjoys working on a variety of projects and putting their unique skills into play wherever they are needed.Location: RemoteResponsibilities:* Heavy Client Services responsibilities including managing daily information/candidate data tracking, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction* Responsible to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions* Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for primarily nonexempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations* Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate* Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectivesQualifications:* Minimum of 2 years of recent high volume/ full cycle recruitment experience in the manufacturing field.* Ability to work from home office during standard, Monday through Friday business days/ hours* Must have proven experience supporting a high volume of full cycle requisitions* Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives* Extreme sense of urgency* Detailed Oriented* Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices* Excellent customer service delivery* Strong presentation skills verbal and in person* Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skillsSalary Range:The starting range which will be offered to the selected candidate will be between $23.00 and $32.00 per hour. The full range for the position is $20.00 and $32.00 per hour.Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law.
