Workday Finance Senior Application Specialist

About the position Responsibilities • Handle day-to-day workflow including monitoring ticket systems and daily tasks. • Provide Level 2 support and troubleshoot complex issues. • Support and lead project activities including data mapping and reviewing conversion balancing reports. • Implement new applications and system functionalities or integrations. • Support line of business process improvement initiatives. • Optimize system performance and support change management processes. • Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to team members. • Evaluate new releases and monitor application roadmaps. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 3-5 years of related experience in IT or finance applications. • Workday accreditation in Workday Integrations and Studio (strongly desired). • Advanced experience in digital and mobile banking platforms, lending solutions, and ERP systems. • Proficiency in database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL. • Experience with Microsoft technologies including SQL, Azure, Office 365, and .NET. • Knowledge of Application Programming Interfaces (API) and microservices technologies. • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and ServiceNow. Nice-to-haves • Experience with MuleSoft middleware. • Knowledge of file transfer software.
