Compensation:
$140,000 - $170,000 plus bonus

THE OPPORTUNITY

Meridian Partners is actively seeking a Workday Talent Learning Sr. Consultant to join our expanding public sector consulting team. This role is ideal for an experienced, results-driven consultant with a deep understanding of Workday’s Talent and Learning modules and a strong track record of delivering implementations specifically for public sector clients. You will be at the forefront of helping government organizations modernize their talent and learning strategies through Workday's robust platform.

You will lead and support Talent Learning module implementations for a variety of clients, ensuring that project delivery aligns with the unique operational, compliance, and workforce development needs of public agencies and institutions.
