You will join our Operations team in Leipzig or remotely, which is responsible for integration of our assets and troubleshooting in case of connection issues. The role Protecting: You will maintain and continuously improve our Business Continuity Framework to ensure the company remains resilient in all scenarios Testing: You will lead regular emergency drills and business continuity tests to ensure preparedness Auditing: You will present and explain our Business Continuity Framework in both internal and external audits Organizing: You will assign and coordinate on-call duties, managing and documenting shifts using Jira Training: You will run awareness sessions and training workshops on Business Continuity and Security Incident Management Ensuring: You will ensure company-wide compliance with our continuity standards and processes Collaborating: You will work closely with our ISO and other teams to align and coordinate business continuity practices What we need from you Structure: You have a highly structured way of working and spot gaps or inconsistencies before others do Initiative: You take ownership and are comfortable working independently, without needing micromanagement Communication: You can clearly explain complex processes to a variety of internal and external stakeholders Mindset: You are proactive, curious, and a quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments Precision: You pay close attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality, compliant work Background: You have experience in process management, business continuity, Management, Business Administration, Risk Management etc. What we offer Competitive hardware including a standing desk, 4K curved screen, and MacBook Pro City center office location including home office option EGYM Wellpass membership support Team events, summer & winter parties Real startup culture by having an impact in a small, motivated team Sounds good to you?
