Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and tools. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for content moderation. Requirements: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and remove spam content effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with Yelp platform and a passion for the company mission. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Prior experience in content moderation is a plus but not required.
