Location: Los Colinas, TX Position Type: Full-Time (3240 hours/week) Compensation: $45,000 $60,000 annually, based on experience and performance About The Role Are you a passionate yoga teacher who believes in the power of movement, breath, and connection to transform lives? In this unique hybrid role, youll teach inspiring yoga classes and also play a hands-on role in expanding our studio community, driving membership growth, and helping shape the culture of our space in Los Colinas. What Youll Do Lead with Purpose Teach 1015 Weekly Classes • Guide classes that are authentic, aligned, and rooted in your passion for yoga • Create meaningful, welcoming, and inclusive experiences for students of all levels • Be a consistent, calming, and motivating presenceon and off the mat Grow Our Community 20 Hours/Week of Outreach & Studio Growth • Build lasting relationships with members and guestslearn names, listen deeply, and follow up meaningfully • Lead studio tours, help new students feel welcome, and support their journey from first class to committed member • Support front desk and membership sales with a people-first approach that feels like servicenot pressure • Plan and participate in community events, workshops, and local outreach efforts • Engage in studio operations, scheduling, and team collaboration to support an elevated studio experience What Were Looking For • Certified Yoga Instructor (200hr minimum)This is essential • Deep personal commitment to yoga philosophy, practice, and community • Experience teaching group yoga classes (1+ year preferred) • Natural relationship-builder who leads with authenticity, compassion, and enthusiasm • Sales or customer service background preferredespecially in wellness or boutique fitness • Organized, reliable, and excited by the opportunity to lead and grow with a mission-driven team • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Why This Role Matters Youre not just teaching classesyoure helping people reconnect with their bodies, find peace in their day, and build a path to wellness.
