I’m looking for a creative and fast video editor who can turn scripts into engaging, cinematic 10-20 minute videos that keep viewers watching until the end. Your Tasks: Edit 3–5 videos per week using royalty-free footage, AI-generated images, and stock video. Sync AI voice-over with visuals for dramatic storytelling. Add cinematic background music, sound effects, and captions. Create high-impact clickable thumbnails. Maintain fast pacing and strong suspense to maximize viewer retention. Requirements: Proven experience with YouTube content in storytelling/news/military niche. Skilled with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. Understanding of YouTube algorithms (titles, thumbnails, CTR, watch time). Ability to source and use royalty-free media without copyright issues.
