YouTube Ideation Specialist and Channel manager (Faceless Channel)

I’m looking for a YouTube-savvy assistant to help manage the daily operations of faceless YouTube channels. You'll work directly with me to generate content ideas, coordinate uploads, and manage communication with freelancers. This is a part-time, long-term role for someone hungry to learn and grow with the channels. (10-15 hours a week) We focus on youtube explainer videos. Responsibilities: Research trends and competitors to generate 5-10 video ideas per week per channel Brainstorm thumbnail ideas based on what’s working on YouTube Upload videos: write titles, descriptions, tags, and schedule uploads Communicate with editors and designers to meet deadlines Track performance weekly and suggest improvements Requirements: - Be able to do competitor research and come up with video ideas that have viral potential - At least 1 year of YouTube content management experience - Good English communication - Understand what makes thumbnails and titles get clicks - Can manage tasks independently and meet deadlines - Willing to learn and grow with the channels To Apply: Start your message with the word “understood” Tell me about a the biggest challenges you face when coming up with video ideas.
