I run a marketing agency (powered by Clay.com), and I’m looking for a skilled video editor to turn raw recordings into high-retention, YouTube-ready content — think Alex Hormozi-style: punchy, fast-paced, packed with value. This is long-form business/marketing content, and I also want your help repurposing each full video into short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms. You'll get a sample reference video + transcript to guide the editing style, and we’ll kick off with a short paid test project.
