Position OverviewWe are seeking a Jr Business Development Representative (BDR) with a background/interest in the healthcare technology or SaaS space, preferably with experience in medical billing, practice management systems, or EHR platforms.This role will primarily focus on developing strategic partnerships, including channel partners, resellers, referral networks, and technology alliances, to expand our reach, accelerate growth, and strengthen PracticeSuite’s presence in the healthcare technology ecosystem. Key Responsibilities• Identify, qualify, and develop new partnership opportunities with healthcare organizations, billing companies, consultants, and technology vendors. • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to generate referral pipelines and co-selling opportunities.• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to define partnership strategy, value propositions, and go-to-market campaigns. • Conduct discovery calls and presentations to potential partners, articulating PracticeSuite’s value and integration benefits. • Manage the full business development lifecycle—from initial outreach to contract execution and partner onboarding. • Track and report partnership performance metrics, pipeline progress, and conversion data using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving partnership models in the healthcare SaaS sector. • Represent PracticeSuite at relevant conferences, virtual events, and partner meetings. Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales within healthcare SaaS, medical billing, or practice management technology. • Proven track record of building and managing successful partner relationships.• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, revenue cycle processes, and interoperability trends. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot or Salesforce). • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
