Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Specialist in Construction Industry
We are looking for a reliable Appointment Setter to help with outreach, lead generation, and consistent follow-ups for a recruiting business that specializes in the construction industry. The ideal candidate is proactive and comfortable with cold outreach. You will be the first impression of our company to prospects so strong communication skills are a must. Experience in the construction industry is a bonus. This position allows for an uncapped commission. There is no hourly rate, rather flat fees paid when goals are met.$300 for each call scheduled + an additional $300 for each prospect that signs a contract. You have the ability to make this as lucrative as you want! Responsibilities• Conduct outbound messaging and outreach to prospective leads (via email or phone)• Follow up with leads consistently and maintain professional communication• Work with our Director of Business Development to schedule appointments between prospects and our sales team• Provide timely progress updates to our Director of Business DevelopmentRequirements• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English• Organized, consistent and able to follow scriptsPreferred Skills (Not Required)• Familiarity with outbound lead generation strategies• Familiarity with the recruiting industry• Contacts in the construction industryPay: $25.80 - $31.07 per hourExpected hours: 5.0 – 10.0 per weekWork Location:Remote Apply tot his job
