Accountabilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, ensuring the achievement of targets and objectives. • Lead, mentor, and guide the US sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics. • Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and customer needs. • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on C-level engagements. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of AI-driven contact centre solutions and their value propositions. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product development teams. • Provide regular sales forecasts and actionable insights to senior management. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in AI contact centre sales and revenue generation. • Deep understanding of the US market landscape and customer dynamics. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire a high-performance sales team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to travel as required. • Experience in telecom, wireless, or related sectors is preferred.
