Job Overview In this critical role, you will lead and support our front-end pharmacy technician team, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class customer service and data entry support. As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will work closely with our pharmacists, senior technicians, and other stakeholders to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot issues, and identify solutions to drive process improvements. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in our closed-door pharmacy setting. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation Troubleshoot and assist with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions and implement improvements Partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborate with field training teams as needed to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and skill development Assist in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Lead and support the front-end pharmacy technician team, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and accurately The Team and Benefits At arenaflex, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment that allows our colleagues to thrive and grow.
