Lead Product Manager (AI Product Lab)
About the positionResponsibilities• Set and drive the vision and strategy for the application of ML and AI at Smartly• Define product roadmap for your responsibility areas• Challenge and support colleagues to deliver innovative and high-quality applications based on machine learning• Use your skills in data science and machine learning to understand how creatives work in online marketing and build new tools to optimize and automate our customers' work• Validate new ideas and concepts by working closely with customers• Partner with recruiting to help scale the team by actively sourcing and closing the best talentRequirements• 5+ years of experience in Product management Experience in B2B or B2C SaaS• 5+ years of experience in building services and products• 3+ years of experience in applying machine learning to real-life problems• Experience working in a technologically complex domain• Curiosity and the drive to continuously learn through study and experimentation on the job• Ability to set a long-term vision for the team and drive execution towards that vision• Track record of successfully launching software products and driving user and revenue growth• M.Sc.or Ph.D. in math, engineering, or business preferred• Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment• Excellent written and spoken English• Ability and willingness to travel to meet customers and partners globally• Ability and willingness to work from our Chicago office for three days a weekBenefits• Five weeks paid time off (PTO), 11 company-paid holidays, unlimited sick days• Generous healthcare packages & mental health benefits• Monthly wellness benefit and learning reimbursement opportunities• 401K plus matching & equity grants for all new Smartlies• Volunteer time off days & company donation matching opportunities• Computer (MAC or PC), phone with plan, & Bose headphones• And so much more… Apply tot his job
