Learning Development Specialist

## What you'll do: Design, develop, and implement learning and development programs, including workshops, courses, and skill-building initiatives, from end-to-end. Partner with teams to assess department-specific learning needs and co-create tailored training solutions. Facilitate sessions for individuals, teams, and leadership on a variety of professional development topics. Manage existing learning programs (e.g., LearningLedger), maintaining content, tracking participation, and ensuring ongoing relevance and impact. Measure program effectiveness through surveys, participation data, and feedback, and iterate to improve outcomes. Maintain detailed documentation, training materials, and program guides for consistency and scalability. Collaborate with Engagement & Experience and Internal Events specialists to integrate learning into broader engagement and culture initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor for learning strategies, resources, and career development paths. ## What you'll need: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, training design, or related roles. Experience managing ongoing learning programs and tools (e.g., Learning Ledger). Strong facilitation, presentation, and curriculum design skills. Collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously. Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, with experience executing initiatives end-to-end.
