Learning Program Coordinator United States Position Description About You You are a person who is passionate about developing and managing initiatives that promote security awareness and education across the organization. We need someone who ensures employees have access to engaging and effective training programs, clear communications, and consistent branding to reinforce security best practices. About The Position • Develop and deliver security training programs for employees at all levels. • Coordinate awareness campaigns to reinforce security policies and practices. • Create and distribute clear, engaging security communications across multiple channels. • Maintain consistent branding for all security learning materials and initiatives. • Design, build, and maintain SharePoint sites to host security resources and training content. Ensure content is organized, accessible, and up to date. • Curate and manage security-related documentation, training materials, and reference guides. Maintain version control and ensure compliance with organizational standards. • Collaborate with Talent Operations and communications teams to align learning initiatives with organizational goals. Minimum Requirements: • Must be able to qualify for a NACLC DoD Clearance. • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Information Security, or related field. • 3+ years in training, communications, or program coordination. • Experience with SharePoint and content management systems. • Strong writing, design, and presentation skills. • Familiarity with cybersecurity awareness best practices. • Familiarity with version control practices and compliance requirements to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.
