This includes gathering facts and analyzing statements, testimony, and declarations of damages. • Negotiation & Resolution: Negotiate skillfully to settle litigated cases, managing disputes over coverage, liability, and damages. • Coverage Analysis: Review and analyze contracts and leases to identify risk transfer opportunities.You will also develop the ability to write positional coverage letters. • Communication: Maintain daily telephone contact with policyholders, risk managers, and agents, promoting free and open communication. • Licensing: Must have or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits.
