Manager, College Curriculum Liaison

Job Description:• Assess curriculum programs and evaluate course and program outcomes• Provide consultation and support services in curriculum strategies and modalities• Collaborate with college leadership to ensure curriculum delivery aligns with design and meets program outcomes• Assist with faculty training and ongoing development efforts• Use established principles of measurement theory for valid and reliable instruments• Lead and manage curriculum committees for continuous improvement• Participate in the development and review of academic policies to meet DoE and accreditation requirements• Serve as the curriculum liaison for accreditationRequirements:• A master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Nursing Education, or a related field is required• A minimum of five years of experience in higher education, adult education, distance education, and blended learning is required• Demonstrated mastery of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required• Demonstrated a minimum of five years of project management and operational experience is strongly preferred• Demonstrated ability to clearly and accurately communicate complex and technical information is required• Demonstrated experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and measure outcomes is required• Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems is required, and experience with Instructure/Canvas is preferredBenefits:• Collaborative work environment• Professional development opportunities Apply tot his job
