About the positionResponsibilities• Define and execute aprehensive eCommerce platform strategy aligned withpany growth objectives and the broader digital roadmap• Lead omnichannel and mobile-first initiatives to optimize conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction. • Oversee platform architecture, integrations, and system reliability to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing experiences. • Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies such as headlessmerce, APIs, and AI-driven personalization and data analytics to enhance user experience and drive business results.• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team to foster collaboration and accountability. • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts to optimize value and performance. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless end-to-end digital experiences and consistent brand execution. • Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts to optimize value, service quality, and performance oues.• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure platform performance, customer behavior, and ROI, providing insights that inform strategic decisions. • Stay current with industry trends andpetitive landscape to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. • 7+ years of progressive experience in eCommerce technology leadership or digital platform management• 3 years in a leadership role• Proven experience leading enterprise grade eCommerce implementations (Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar)• Strong track record managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration between technical and business functions.• Deep understanding of headlessmerce, API-driven development, and cloud-based infrastructure• Hands-on knowledge of integrations with ERP, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and agile methodologies.
