Manager, HR Business Partner – OUS
Job Description: • Serve as the primary HRBP for regions outside the U.S., including but not limited to, EMEA and Canada, providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and succession planning. • Collaborate with global business teams to harmonize policies and practices across regions. • Advise on compensation, benefits, and mobility strategies tailored to international markets. • Monitor and interpret labor law changes and ensure compliance across jurisdictions. • Support talent acquisition efforts and onboarding for international hires. • Collaborate with leaders to build engagement and inclusion strategies tailored to each region. • Partner with leadership to implement HR programs that foster engagement, inclusion, and alignment with Veracyte’s values: We are stronger together, We seek a better way, We care deeply, We make it happen. • Lead and manage company-wide immigration processes, including work authorization, visa renewals, and mobility planning. • Partner with immigration counsel to ensure compliance, timely case processing, and clear communication with employees and managers. • Develop and maintain immigration policies, manager toolkits, and reporting dashboards. • Evaluate immigration trends and work in partnership with Legal and Finance to plan workforce mobility needs. • Act as the primary point of contact for the company’s international PEO provider. • Oversee PEO service delivery, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. • Lead transitions of countries or roles into/out of the PEO as business needs evolve. • Partner with Finance and HR Operations to validate invoices and maintain accurate headcount reporting. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum of 6 - 7 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HRBP role with regional responsibility, ideally EMEA. • Proven experience managing immigration processes and working with global mobility vendors. • Strong knowledge of international labor laws and HR compliance requirements. • Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to build relationships across cultures and levels. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex issues and provide strategic HR solutions. • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones is essential.
