Role: Manager, HR Platform Partnerships Location: Seattle, WA Work Mode: Remote Employment Type: Contract Travel Required: No Interview Mode: Only Video Job Description : Lead and manage strategic partnerships with HR technology and benefits administration platforms to deliver seamless, compliant, and efficient employee benefits solutions. This role owns platform integrations, vendor relationships, and performance management to ensure an exceptional client and user experience. Key Responsibilities • Build and manage relationships with HR tech, benefits, and payroll partners • Negotiate partnership agreements aligned to business goals • Oversee integrations between benefits products and HR platforms • Partner with IT and operations to ensure secure, accurate data exchange • Identify and drive opportunities to enhance and expand partnerships • Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and data privacy standards • Track KPIs, report performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field • 5+ years in HR technology, benefits administration, or partnership management • Strong knowledge of employee benefits and HRIS platforms • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience leading cross-functional projects in regulated environments Preferred • Hands-on experience with a major HR platform (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG) • Familiarity with APIs and system/data integrations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Apply tot his job
