Job Description:Epiq’s Legal Business Advisory team is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual to of legal operations experts in the role of Manager, IP Operations Consultant. Epiq’s LBA group is well-known and recognized for our strong marketplace position, and we are looking for smart, resourceful and driven consultants in whom we can invest heavily to mentor and develop the future leaders of our profession.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Manager, IP Operations Consultant. The Manager, IP Operations Consultant will be responsible for delivering digital and operational transformation projects to in-house IP teams and IP Law Firms, including being responsible for end-to-end project and change management. Whilst covering all areas of IP Operations, the consultant’s primary focus will be around IP Technology, namely IP Management solutions. The candidate must be comfortable working both as a team and independently as well as be comfortable communicating with key stakeholders and C-suite.Qualifications• Proven experience in IP operations and/or IP technology• Experience using intellectual property software, namely IP Management Solutions, as an end user, vendor or advisor is essential• Experience in intellectual property (IP) management and/or IP Strategy is a plus• Project Management experience – specific project management qualifications would be beneficial but not essential• Prior experience in consulting is preferable but not essential as long as relevant and/or transferrable skills can be demonstrated• Analytical skills and ability to identify problems and recommend solutions• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels• Ability to work independently and remotelyTheCompensation range for this role is 115,000.00 to 173,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.#LI-MC1#LI-REMOTEYour specific salary will be determined based on several factors:• Location-based market rate for the role• Your abilities in relation to the job specification• Performance during screening and interview• Pay parity with the wider team in the considered locationFurther details about the package will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.
